A Solo Exhibit by Caitlin Pisha

View thru Saturday, November 30th at Rose and Eugene Presents
or view virtually here.

Join us at Rose and Eugene Presents for the debut of Becoming Whole, a collection of mixed-media folk art by Caitlin Pisha. This is more than just our first solo exhibition; it’s a celebration of our new space at Nordic Hall and of the artistic ties that bind Sioux Falls’ past and present. Nordic Hall, with its history steeped in community and culture, offers the perfect backdrop for Caitlin’s Scandinavian-inspired works—playful, imaginative pieces that take a fresh approach to folk traditions. In Caitlin’s words: “In today’s world, it sometimes feels a little subversive to be whimsical or hopeful. But I feel we need lightness like we need laughter.” With this sentiment, Becoming Whole brings a world of folklore, whimsy, and storybook charm to life. Each piece offers a glimpse into a world that feels both timeless and contemporary, with textures, colors, and shapes that invite viewers to step into their own story.
