HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

• We offer FREE IN-STORE pickup on all orders.
• We offer  FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more before discounts.
• We offer  $9.99 FLAT RATE shipping on standard-sized items and orders under $75.
  

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. If a PO box is used during checkout, the shipment of your order will be delayed until a physical address is received.
• We ship to the Contiguous US only. 
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

• Most orders are shipped via USPS. Fedex and UPS are available by request.
• Turn-around Time: Unless otherwise noted, orders placed Tuesday-Friday are packaged and shipped the following day. Orders placed Saturday-Monday are packaged and shipped the following Tuesday.
• Rush Order: Please send an email to info@roseandeugene.com We are often able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee, depending on our current workload.
• All orders shipped to a South Dakota address are subject to a sales, county ,and municipal tax.
