OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Rose and Eugene Presents is nested on the north end of Downtown Sioux Falls in the Arts District. Stay for the day or the weekend. This picturesque neighborhood has it all: bike trails, live outdoor music, unique dining options (complete with some of the cities best patios), vibrant nightlife, art galleries, taprooms, and so much more.
