About the Artists
House Of Snakes is a husband and wife team of artists who worked for many years in New York City with influential designers- Bob as design assistant to Melissa Joy Manning and Nikki as design assistant to Jane Diaz. During that time they did custom work for friends and family and eventually House Of Snakes was born as their own brand. Now located in Fort Collins, CO, their line focuses on handmade consciously crafted jewelry, both delicate and statement pieces.

All US orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically. Orders under $75 are shipped flat at $9.99 per order.
We try to ship ready-made products within 24-48 hours of your order.

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If an object you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damaged item, as well as photos of any damage to the shipping container. We'll file a claim with the shipper, and have the item picked up from your home. Please save all the packaging materials, and repackage your order as best as possible.
EXCHANGES:
If you receive an order and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items must be in original condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
