About the Artist
Each piece made by artist Madeline Allen is mindfully made from start to finish with lots of love and intention. Her goal is to provide fun, exciting statement pieces that are still wearable and easy on the ears. Madeline is based in Rochester, MN & handcrafts her jewelry out of her home, with dreams of eventually having her own studio space for creating and fulfilling orders. When she's not playing with clay, she teaches English at the local community college.

All US orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically. Orders under $75 are shipped flat at $9.99 per order.

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If an object you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damaged item, as well as photos of any damage to the shipping container. We'll file a claim with the shipper, and have the item picked up from your home. Please save all the packaging materials, and repackage your order as best as possible.
EXCHANGES:
If you receive an order and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items must be in original condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
