About the Artists
Bench Pressed is a mom & pop design and letterpress shop founded and operated by Jane & Andy Shannon in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Initially operated out of their spare bedroom starting in 2011, they've since moved shop and expanded to four presses. All of cards are printed on antique equipment - the oldest press is from 1890 & the newest press is from the 1960's. All products are designed, printed & packaged from their shop in South Minneapolis.

All US orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically. Orders under $75 are shipped flat at $9.99 per order.
We try to ship ready-made products within 24-48 hours of your order.
If you need an item rushed, please send an email to info@roseandeugene.com We are often able to accommodate rush orders, depending on our current workload.
Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If an object you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damaged item, as well as photos of any damage to the shipping container. We'll file a claim with the shipper, and have the item picked up from your home. Please save all the packaging materials, and repackage your order as best as possible.
EXCHANGES:
If you receive an order and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items must be in original condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
