This face mask nourishes your skin and helps combat acne without drying your skin out. For best use of this mask: apply to a makeup-free face. Rub a thin layer all of your face with the skincare spatula, avoiding contact with your eyes. Once applied, let it sit on your face for 15-20 minutes. Once your time is up, rinse it off in the shower with warm water, or get a warm washcloth and wipe off the mask with the wet washcloth. Once the mask is removed, apply your favorite serum onto your face for the ultimate moisturizing combo! Best if used within 6 months. Do not leave on overnight. Please note: spatula sold separately. All US orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically. Orders under $75 are shipped flat at $9.99 per order.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If an object you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damaged item, as well as photos of any damage to the shipping container.  We'll file a claim with the shipper, and have the item picked up from your home. Please save all the packaging materials, and repackage your order as best as possible.

EXCHANGES:
If you receive an order and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 14 days of receiving the package. 

Items must be in original condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
