Milky base coat from Atomic Polish acts to create a bond between the nail and nail polish, as well as to strengthen the nail while smoothing out imperfections on the nail. This is perfect if you have damaged, cracked or peeling nails. This base coat dries semi-translucent.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If an object you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damaged item, as well as photos of any damage to the shipping container. We'll file a claim with the shipper, and have the item picked up from your home. Please save all the packaging materials, and repackage your order as best as possible.
