About the artist
When artist Rachel Kroh's mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2012, she struggled to find warm, uplifting cards. It was during this time that Rachel was inspired to hand-carve woodblocks & print them to make cards, with a commitment committed to helping others savor every moment of feeling, flavor, sensation and connection with the people who matter most to you. Not only does Rachel & her team utilize sustainable practices when creating their cards & art prints; a portion of their sales are used to support BIPOC and LGBTQ+ small business owners. For Rachel; abundance is a state of mind that’s easier to cultivate when you have sustainable tools that let you focus on what’s important.

All US orders over $75 receive free shipping automatically. Orders under $75 are shipped flat at $9.99 per order.
We try to ship ready-made products within 24-48 hours of your order.
If you need an item rushed, please send an email to info@roseandeugene.com We are often able to accommodate rush orders, depending on our current workload.
Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective products. Wear from normal usage is not included in this guarantee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If an object you receive is damaged, please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damaged item, as well as photos of any damage to the shipping container. We'll file a claim with the shipper, and have the item picked up from your home. Please save all the packaging materials, and repackage your order as best as possible.
EXCHANGES:
If you receive an order and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us with your order number at info@roseandeugene.com within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items must be in original condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
